The Reality of VR Content
Much attention has been paid to virtual reality hardware – a host of players have already released headsets (Samsung Gear VR) and there is a collection of highly anticipated hardware set to hit the consumer market in 2015/2016 (Oculus Rift, Sony Morpheaus, and HTC Vive). Once consumers get these devices, where can they find compelling VR content?
This panel will explore the reality of VR content; what is currently out there, who is creating it and where to discover new content. In addition, we will discuss how these experiences differ from traditional video content – from the way immersive video is created and filmed to where it’s shared.
