Égalité: A Case For Business Resource Groups #LGBT

Across geographies, industries and companies it is not uncommon for talent to lament about being overburdened by the requirements of their day jobs. And yet, if you provide that same talent a fluid framework in which to pursue passion projects with autonomy, a whole new level of engagement manifests itself. Business Resource Groups (BRGs) are one way to tap into passion. The panel will explore how Égalité (French of Equality and pronounced eh-gah-lee-tay), Publicis Groupe's BRG for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (LGBT) and ally employees has evolved into a phenomenal power for good that serves employees and also supports the company's corporate image, recruiting and retention efforts.
