Project Chaos: How Teams Can Collaborate Better
Our work lives have changed! We’re more likely than ever to be part of project teams trying to collaborate across multiple departments, geographies, and time zones. The explosion in the number of apps for communicating across these boundaries has created big challenges, including document version control issues, e-mail bloat, and difficulty tracking tasks and progress. Research shows that employees waste up to nine weeks per year trying to collaborate, making it harder to complete projects on time, on budget, and at a high quality. Using survey data from professionals across the U.S. and Europe, this presentation will discuss these challenges and how teams can collaborate more efficiently.
