What Happens When a Sensor "Writes" a Review?

What happens once consumers can take sensors to a meal and give feedback on what they're eating? What happens when we begin to surface these science-based results in "reviews" of establishments? How does this impact perceptions of a particular venue? What should the social contract be between diners and restaurants? What is the relationship from diner to diner with this information?
