What Happens When a Sensor "Writes" a Review?

What happens once consumers can take sensors to a meal and give feedback on what they're eating? What happens when we begin to surface these science-based results in "reviews" of establishments? How does this impact perceptions of a particular venue? What should the social contract be between diners and restaurants? What is the relationship from diner to diner with this information? How can restaurants manage this new data? This lively discussion will center on devices that are soon to be entering restaurants with plenty of opportunity for discussion.
