Through this highly-interactive, crowdsource-focused workshop, participants will discover and create various social media solutions for higher education. Participants will discover 55 best practices for social media engagement in higher education, interact in small groups to develop their own solutions in a through a crowdsourced approach, and form their own higher education social media support network focused on the areas of: higher education recruitment, access, retention, and graduation.
