Can online communities improve teacher quality?

Present an online platform that fosters skill practice, builds communities of peers and experts, and provides a means for learners to assess learning. Present results from an efficacy test conducted to measure whether or not participation in such a platform improve teacher effectiveness. Discuss the key components necessary to support and develop highly effective teachers. Discuss whether an online platform can help deliver those components.
