See How Our Garden Grows

Climate change, land cost considerations, government regulations, and community impact are changing the way we grow food in Central Texas. Join our panel—a small-scale urban farmer; an acquaponics start-up; a non-profit committed to innovative land use for food production; a community gardener; and a sustainable food systems expert and teaching garden coordinator—to explore what’s next for our foodscape and how we can support a new paradigm of sustainable food production for our growing population.
