We know the story: it's a boon to democracy – expanding access to information and increasing connections between voters and candidates. But it also eases the spread of false information and threatens to undermine the system. So what can be done to protect freedom of speech and civic spaces online? This session brings together civil advocates, industry insiders, and political thought-leaders to discuss how technology is redefining democracy.
