Though there are initial signs of the labor market softening, talent attraction and retention is the new corporate battleground. Employers are evaluating their businesses to diversify talent, attract candidates, and retrain or upskill for a changing world. Meanwhile the interests or experience of candidates entering the workforce don’t match open needs. So, who will succeed? This session will explore new, unique talent attraction programs, policies, and training partnerships designed to tackle today’s biggest challenges in employment.
