SXSW 2024
Formats Unpacked: How to Develop a Format Idea in 60 Minutes
Description:
We all have our favourite binge formats: Netflix shows, YouTube influencer shows, photography formats and podcasts, like Vogue's 73 Questions, Humans of New York, Hot Ones, or BBC's Desert Island Discs. In this 60-minute interactive workshop, together we will develop a content format from zero - something that can not just capture, but keep, audience attention. Think improv for format development.
We will also showcase some successful formats, unpack them and reveal the magic that makes them so addictive for their audiences.
