Andy Warhol's Neighborhood: The Pop District

Description:

The Pop District is a physical, programmatic expansion of The Andy Warhol Museum. The Pop District is transforming Pittsburgh’s eastern North Shore through arts, creativity, new methods of communication, and economic development.
A multi-phase expansion features a new, live performance and event facility, six-square-block public art initiative, and scalable workforce development program focused on creative economy training for underrepresented youth. This in-depth session looks at The Warhol's investment in real estate strategy and state licensed workforce development academy.
