The daily interaction between generations has become volatile and less desirable over the last 10 years. Advancements in media technology (social media, podcasts, etc.) have given each generation multiple opportunities to express themselves freely. The frequent declaration of generational differences in politics, culture, and economics drives a deeper wedge between Older and Younger Generations. This presentation will discuss the complexities of human behavior and communication across different age groups as well as ignites understanding that helps to bridge the Generation Chasm.
