Through equity and inclusion, XPRIZE has set out to revolutionize the future of work. XPRIZE Rapid Reskilling is a 30-month competition to quickly reskill under-resourced workers for the digital revolution. By cutting training time by an average of 50%, leveraging human centered designs and novel technologies that incorporate AR, VR and other advanced learning tools, XPRIZE imagines a future in which all workers can rapidly attain new and more relevant skills to their current workplace.
