This Story Matters

Description:

A teacher's freedom to teach and a student's right to read matter. And yet educators are currently facing unprecedented censorship challenges. What happens when you flip the conversation towards why stories matter? Join us for a discussion on how English and literacy teachers turned the censorship tide into a movement focused on the stories to be told – centering diversity of experiences, global perspectives, unique cultures, and individual identities to address educational challenges.
