Brain 2 100: Matching Cognitive Health to Lifespan
Description:
Can we keep our brains healthy and vibrant throughout our lifespan? Currently our brain health does not match lifespan. In the USA, 16 million people are living with cognitive impairment. Age-related cognitive impairment results in: a $110 billion economic burden to the healthcare system, loss of independent living, loss of productivity and an increased risk for dementia. The current ‘one size fits all’ approach to our brain aging population is not adequate to close the gap between cognitive healthspan and lifespan. This panel brings together leaders in this space to discuss a novel and innovative approach, Precision Aging®, that integrates advances in cognitive aging, big data and meta-omics to create a customized therapeutic plan for optimized brain health throughout your lifespan.
