In Japan, large companies that prospered globally in the 1980s struggled in the global battle. Furthermore, with the declining birthrate and aging population, it is impossible to stop the decline in the workforce and the economic scale of the country. We will introduce how young people in Japan who are facing this problem fight, based on examples.
