How to manage a company that empowers a team to challenge the status quo and provide a space where employees can evolve and do greater in this world. While emphasize treating customers, vendors, and team members like you would like a good friend. How you act is more important than what you say. My session would cover the steps on how to accomplish this with your team. This session will take learning experience I have first hand, while continual training with mastermind groups of COO peers, and working one on one with various CEO and Founders.
