Art of Community: Designing & Measuring Community
Description:
Curious how to design a community? Relationships rooted in trust and belief drive systemic change. Collaborative communities activate individuals to work together to create change. Learn about a new Community Health Framework, identifying four pillars of community health: psychological safety, community vision, collaboration, and distributed leadership. In this session, you will put it into action. You’ll leave with tools to help you design, measure, and grow a thriving professional community.
