SXSW EDU 2020
The Virtual Classroom for Sex Educators
Description:
Kids sometimes ask challenging questions. However, we know these normal questions about sex and relationships are critical to their wellbeing. Advocates for Youth’s virtual classroom gives educators a low-pressure space to practice effective conversations about sexuality, and experience the challenges they may face from students in real-time. This session will provide an expert-led demonstration followed by an opportunity for participants to lead their own virtual classroom.
