Each generation produces youth who are among the best and brightest. Recognizing and nurturing talent is essential so students reach their greatest potential and so the US retains competitiveness in innovation. Yet, it is a dirty little secret that only $12 million dollars were allocated for gifted education in the current Federal Budget. The Center of Excellence in Education nurtured and fostered over 3,000 students for free!
