Everyday Interactions Matter

We believe the essential ingredient of early childhood quality starts with everyday interactions between educators & children.
By identifying and capturing these moments, we can recognize the deep & simple in our daily work & grow as professionals.
EIM is a professional development initiative focusing on everyday staff-child interactions as the raw material for learning & reflection, we focus on the single essential quality ingredient that matters more than any other element.
