Mental Health Meet Up

"She had blue skin,
And so did he.
He kept it hid
And so did she.
They searched for blue
Their whole life through.
Then passed right by–
And never knew."

Masks by Shel Silverstein

This meet up is a safe space for everyone who manages a mental health issue to come and be with like minded folk. Come join us, be yourself, and shed the mask you're forced to wear in today's society. As we wear masks we are often left believing that we are alone. Come see for yourself that you're not.

Questions

  1. The media likes to define us by our mental illness, but we're more than that. If given the chance in front of a camera, how would you define yourself?
