Using Social Media Analytics to Know Everything

Taking stories of collecting, analyzing and understanding data from the field, to a discussion of the latest tools and techniques used to take data and turn it into high quality actionable information, we will discuss how, from big data, to small scale research and program evaluation, the way we use data is changing and becoming ever more complex. We will discuss how the need for data quality is greater than ever before, and how, by using the right tools, new insights can be explored.
