"Shouldn't it feel good?": Teens & Sexual Pleasure

What do adolescents understand about the role of sexual pleasure in their sexual relationships? Adults have long focused on prevention of pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections when working with adolescents. How can addressing sexual pleasure and communication with partners about pleasure improve prevention and education efforts? Based on recently published research examining sexually experienced adolescents' thoughts about sexual pleasure, this talk will explore that qualitative research and its implications for helping adolescents live happy, healthy lives.
