Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is a vital concept in most organizations today. Although we as a society have come a long way in ensuring representation and belonging among all, regardless of ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, and personal lifestyle choices, there is more work to be done. Therefore, as we consider the next steps and growth in the DEI industry, we consider whether diversity of thought and political attitudes already is, or should be, included among DEI priorities.
