Incredibly important for everyone at a startup who wants to keep loving their work culture. We spend a lot of time thinking about it, and hope Mike can help further the discussion.

On its own, culture far too often receives short thrift, lost among the noise of discussion of strategy, design, financing, etc. The topic of maintaining culture receives even less attention. If we’re focused on building quality organizations, as opposed to merely large ones, what could be more relevant than figuring out systems/processes to keep the mojo alive?

Michael has managed to build a very successful business while maintaining incredible relationships with customers, employees and the tech industry. As such, I believe a panel on this topic would be invaluable to attendees.
