I think this would be interesting if each of the panelists were to bring specific real-world examples with both pros/cons for how they are helping or hurting growth in Africa.

I'd also like to hear someone to outline the major challenges with possible solutions.

Would be good to also make reference to what is happening in telecoms and technology in wider context of other trade (versus aid) and industry, as everything is interconnected, particularly with reference to access and inclusion.

I think the impact of the Web on developing economies is a critical issue for all of us to be thinking about. It will have a huge impact economically, socially, culturally and more...no doubt in ways we don't yet fully understand. I'm not sure I'd agree with the statement, "developmental aid is hurting growth," but I'd like to hear the line of thought. You should definitely include this panel!
