This was a panel we pulled together in Minneapolis featuring managers from Target, Best Buy, General Mills and Fingerhut. It was a lively discussion and really started to get into things like ROI, management structure and legal issues.

It's always fascinating to hear stories from companies that are actually trying to create real campaigns in the social media place. Last year I don't think we got that angle.
