I've seen this done previous drupal version and would love to see it with drupal 6x.

CMS should bring them in and competitions are always interesting.

The selection of content management platforms will happen at the time that the benefiting organization is selected, to ensure that all of three are viable choices for the organization's needs. I would expect to see the competition include products such as Drupal, Joomla, Expression Engine, and WordPress.
