Description:
How can companies actually measure how much users really care about them? In the era of widgets, feeds, ajax and mobile interactions, it's difficult to know what users' intentions are. What are the right measurements? Users, time spent, interactions, clicks, retention?

As a side note, while panelists have not confirmed, I've spoken with Net Ratings (web/search), comScore (web/search), Hitwse (market share/audience composition), and Telephia (mobile). I also spoke to David Card @ Jupiter, since many of his words get well-publicized. I will update as they confirm.

Can't wait for this. I'm particularly curious how you're blending the data from different types of environments into a meaningful combined set.

This will be a very useful panel, interpreting results is important for any business. The thing is there is no excuse on the internet for not acting on readily available statistics.

Great panel.
Do it today!
