This is no longer science fiction – it’s technology available today and presents the next wave of evolution in out-of-home digital signage. This session will provide an overview of Samsung’s new Proactive Merchandising (PROM) technology, which consists of an integrated content-management solution for digital signage that allows marketers to change content in real-time based on measured audience characteristics. The technology automatically detects and tracks viewers’ faces, generating pertinent advertisement on digital displays through facial analysis, using statistical information based on the number, gender and ages of tracked viewers.This presentation offers specific examples and illustrations to demonstrate how and where this breakthrough in digital signage technology can be leveraged across a variety of advertiser needs and will peek into the future (again) to show where this technology is headed. |
