Description	This panel, moderated by the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, will trace the history, challenges and changing roles of women working in the music industry. We’ll examine the business relationships of booking agents, managers, record label executives and publicists with female artists and the resulting influence of their successes, as well as the future of gender roles in the music industry.
Questions Answered	How has the role of women in the music industry changed over the last several decades? What are the advantages and disadvantages or being a women in the music industry? In what sectors of the music business have women been breaking new ground? What is the relationship between female music industry executives and the female artists they represent and support? Who are some of the notable and various role models (male and/or female) that these music industry professionals are influenced by?
