How well do the metrics capture the pulse of visitors and members?
How does the management employ the metrics to achieve greater appeal to prospectives and to raise the level of engagement all around?
How do the metrics raise the directorial awareness of the community's actual and potential value?

I'm thrilled to see this panel submission Bill. Forum One (you) do invaluable work in this area. Metrics are part of the backbone in the OC business. We can't really grow or do proper business w/out them. This will be a "must not miss" on my SWXSWi list.

Good proposed season, Bill. As we talked about at the Online Community Roundtable in San Jose last week, insufficient/incomplete metrics and poor research still plague many online communities today. Hope this one gets through. It has my vote!

There a few ROI/Community panels floating, but this is the one I'll actually attend. Bill know's his stuff and as a (recovering) stats junkie, I'd love to hear what numbers pack the most punch.

Bill's a great speaker and this topic is very interesting. He knows his stuff and this panel would answer a perpetual question in the online community sphere: ROI.
