I have always thought that customer service and marketing was similar to dating. It's good to see a panel idea that embraces this analogy.

I am still waiting to hear back from another potential panelist. And, I would love to add someone from a brick-and-mortar business who is known for loving their customers, if anyone has a recommendation. http://bit.ly/pingtk

These guys with these views are the future of marketing, SEO and brand reputation. This is not one to miss.

That's a risqué analogy! Is there anything as post-dating relationships then? How long should the dating last before going to the next steps? which would be? :-)

Nice issue never thought about customer relation that much, the comparison with dating actually made me think deeper on this issue. This is easily one strong feature that the HR department in every company will closely monitor

Honestly till now i didnt put as much thought into my relationship with my customers, as my dating life is. Usually in a dating we are the ones mostly who make the first move, the same can be done to our customers which in turn will benefit us very well , its your marketing strategy that will bring in more customers as well as keep your old ones stick to you itself
