It's a great idea for the panelists to introduce themselves here so I'll go next. I am Ryan Boyles. I work in IBM Software Group. I am excited to share my experience of community participation, strategy and implementation from the perspective of product development. Social media plays an important role in internal and external communities where I work.

Great idea, I'll do so as well. Hi - I am Kapil Gupta, I am in the IBM CIO organization, and am looking forward to providing a perspective on how we use social media internally, and discussing its influence on our culture, approach to innovation and even the way internal programs are run.
