Many bloggers hit a wall after 2-3 years. Glad to know there are other options to expand your blog even after you've exhausted your inspiration.

I wonder if you can expand this to those of us who write professionally for other blogs as well as our own? Not sure if it would be different but I write for my 3 blogs AND 3 client blogs, with much crossover of content. Sigh. TOTALLY BURNT OUT. Love the idea. Thumbs up!

Kelly,

Most definitely! I have found myself writing for several different private blogs, corporate blogs, and my own sites -- all while feeling a bit overwhelmed and underinspired. By using some strategies that I've found effective (and I hope to cover if chosen to speak at SXSW), it's kept fresh stuff in the pipes ready to write. I think the most exhausting part of burning the blog candle at both ends isn't usually the writing, it's the thinking/creating :)
