Mark is an incredible individual who is giving a voice to those who need it the most - he'd be an amazing panelist and gets my vote!

I'm impressed with Mark's efforts via Facebook and Twitter, etc. I've been working to help people in the Unorganized Borough improve their lives (no roads and usually 400 miles from the nearest Wal-Mart) since 2005 using social media and Mark has given me ideas that might transfer to our huge region with fewer than 1 (one) person per square mile. [especially when we have to relocate to Anchorage due to environmental change, collapsed fishing, and erosion]

Mark Horvath (@hardlynormal) is the voice for the homeless nationally in social media. He has been travelling the country putting a face on homelessness through social media and has a tremendous understanding of the power of these tools. His presence at SXSW will bring social good to the essence of its meaning. VOTE FOR HIM!!

Mark Horvath is my vote! I'm amazed by what he has already accomplished through social media to bring awareness & ACTION to the issue of homelessness... and he's not done! Mark's been a personal inspiration to me in buiding social media connections for Phoenix Rescue Mission and would be an amazing panelist for SXSW.

InvisiblePeople.Tv Brings A Voice To Homelessness Through Road Trip U.S.A Tour

The plight of homelessness is one that many people are aware of, but few choose to act on. While three million people sleep on the streets of America every night, most of us go about our daily business with our eyes and ears closed to the issue at hand. It’s this lack of knowledge and based on a personal experience of homelessness that Mark Horvath is setting out to enact change through the InvisiblePeople.tv Road Trip U.S.A.
