I am not sure the title is correct, given the description.

Sarah-my goal is to develop a checklist for attendees that consist of the absolute 'must haves' for developing an online community and a successful social media strategy.

The implication is that if you DON'T have the proper existing conditions & processes in place, then a brand should not rush out and participate in Social Media marketing--they could wind up doing themselves more harm than good.

We'll touch on both successes and failures in the panel. I hope that clarifies the title for you?
