Description:
The product manager holds the heart of the product. How can you save this heart from sure destruction when things move so fast on the web? How can you save yourself from madness in keeping up with what everyone else is doing? How can you keep your organization focused?

Having had the distinct honor of being part of a team led by Tracy I have a very good feel for his grasp of the topic and his implementation of it in everday web dev life. He's spot on. And let's face it, product management (heck, management of anything in software/web development) is hard so I'm glad to see this kind of topic get some play. Definitely hoping to see the presentation (and the presenter) at sxsw08.
