It's one thing to have what you believe is a great idea. It can be quite another to qualify (& quantify) the content expectations of the users.

I look forward to Rachel's take on first impressions and the importance of identifying the target audience's threshold for being over- or underwhelmed on first visit.

Personally, I would guess 90+ of every 100 sites I have ever visited, I only visited once.
