I've worked with Katie directly in organizing several events and it is truly apparent that Schipul has adopted a unique culture which permeates throughout the rest of their work and has a truly positive impact not only on their employees, but the community.

I'm looking forward to this panel -- I have high hopes to see this there!

I have been a client of Schipul for approximately 6 years, and I've got a SECRET!

After reading countless books, articles and blogs on the topic of innovative and successful corporate cultures...the example of what Ed Schipul and the "Schipulites" have developed is the most authentic and amazing culture I've ever come across. Their culture directly impacts not only their success, but the success of their clients, such as myself! Their team has been instrumental in making our organization one of the fastest growing professional organizations in the heatlhcare sector...and they've inspired the culture at our office as well. I fully expect that in the future, books will be written about this team and their winning culture and schools will use them as a 21st century case study.

Working along side Katie I can attest to her passion at not only growing herself but also growing alongside her coworkers with the same goals. That really starts with building a great culture to work in

Working along side both Katie and Jason, I can only back up all things said here about our culture. To me, if the culture isn't right, the paycheck doesn't matter. I don't think I'm the only one.

I work with Katie, and she is a great example of the successes and difficulties in striking the balance between personal brands, company culture and generating a profit.

The Great Recession as a financial backdrop makes the topic even more relevant!

In today's hard economic times, a company's culture can make all the difference to employees work performance and happiness. Katie and the 'Schipulites' are all passionate about the job they do, and realize what it takes to make it in these crazy times.

Katie truly understands how a company's culture can cultivate success. I have the pleasure of working with Katie everyday and I am able to see firsthand how she encourages the growth of personal brands within Schipul...and in turn, growing the unique culture of the company.

You want your employees to wake up excited to come to work no matter what the job may be. It's possible and this panel will show you how.

THIS PANEL IS A MUST AT SXSW!

Schipul the man and Schipul the company have cornered the market when it comes to cultivating a caring, compassionate, creative, communal, and civic-minded company culture. (Oui, I pride myself on my alliteration skills; unfortunate, though, that "minded" doesn't begin with a "c.") These folks are clearly in the people business, whether they're nurturing and promoting their own peeps, their clients, or their community.

My company, Safety Vision, has worked with the Schipul crew since 2005, and our company culture and online presence have benefitted hugely from the association. (I once told a Schipulite that "I have Schipul envy. It's like penis envy, only without the penis.") There's a special light that glows around Team Schipul, and they are keen on spreading the love!

And Katie is one of the brightest "lites" @ Schipul: a bona fide, empathetic, and engaging evangelist. I think she's an excellent choice to helm the topic of fostering a positive company culture, especially in bleak times. She just "Gets it." Besides, I think happykatie's swell!

There's a reason we Schipulites love our company and our work so much - and it ain't because we have dual monitors. Companies need to hop aboard the company culture wagon, 'cause employee retention matters! Happy Katie is one of the most excellent vanguards of our company culture at Schipul, and I am shakin' in my shoes with excitement for her to share it with the masses at SXSW!

I would love to attend this panel and see Katie speak on something so important yet so often ignored or devalued.
