I really can't recommend this one enough! I consider what they are doing with the NYSenate to be a living example of Best Practices. Though I admit I don't want to wait until Mar 2010 to hear all about it!

The work that Andrew Hoppin, Noel Hidalgo, and the rest of the new NY State Senate CIO team have done has been nothing short of remarkable. In just a matter of weeks after starting their work, they already had several extremely useful sites launched to increase transparency and participation. Their ability to execute on their vision has taken talk of Open Government far beyond talk-- and they should be seen as a great example for other governments to learn from.

This panel will rock!
