Description:
A lot of designers at SXSW are freelancers but there are also many who are either job seeking or in a more corporate environment. How do designers in the ultimate corporate environments like Google, Yahoo! and Apple differ in their approaches? What are issues that they face? How do they maintain some creative license and independence?

I'm always curious to learn about different work environments the the UI design processes they create.
