"How can non-designers create good user experiences?" This would be worth viewing just based off of that question. So many designers take on user experience, but should they be the ones doing UX?

I worked with John to develop the 1.0 of this talk over a year ago; he's expanded on the original premise very effectively and does a great job delivering the material, flavoring the talking points with examples from his direct experience with FeedBurner and other projects of his own. It is, I think, *especially* good material for people who don't consider themselves "capital-D" designers.

This would be awesome! So many people forget that it's more important to have Ease of Use than looking pretty but meaning nothing.
