Description:
The ubiquitous Web is upon us, finally. With devices like the iPhone and Nintendo's Wii, more people are utilizing the Web on any device. What does this mean for social interaction and the creation of content and services catering to this new lifestyle? How does this impact developing countries?

August, the iPhone just seems to be a minor player in this panel. This looks like its going to be more about how the web has infiltrated every aspect of our lives. It'd be more of a philosophical talk. I'm guessing.

I hope it gets selected. It's a topic that people need to hear because most don't understand it.

Justin, it sounds like it's more about how _Opera_ has infiltrated every part of our lives. I hope it's a good talk, but I doubt it's going to be about more than Opera.

Hi Evan,

I'll be working with HÃ¥kon to develop some of his content, and have worked with him on past presentations. I can assure you it won't be a plug for Opera. That's not his way. At ReBoot he presented the OLPC, a device that doesn't have Opera on it.

Our hope and aim is a presentation that does justice to the topic.

Thanks,

Thomas Ford
