The focus is the top ten lessons Tony learned in e-commerce. Tony can discuss Zappos.com's gross merchandise sales and how he grew those sales from 1.6 million in 2000 to over 800 million projected in 2007. Tony believes the e-commerce business is built on repeat customers and he will show the audience how to get and keep customers in ten easy lessons.
