Tony was a huge hit at SXSW07 as he shared how Zappos.com goes to great lengths in customer service. This should be another good session.

I was on a panel with Tony last year, "Customer Service is the New Marketing," and Tony mesmerized the audience with his deep wisdom and stories. This is a can't miss presentation.

Tony, definitely a force to reckon with in E-commerce, kudos to you.
