Saul, I'd also like to see you address the use of the term, "community." It gets thrown around a lot without much explanation. Also, push the Sarah Prevette angle, that will draw some folks in. :)

Am excited to join Saul for this discussion - lots of interesting facets to engaging community and intriguing ideas coming forward on how the role needs to evolve to better support brands and business. Community Managers are imperative for start-ups, but many "legacy" organizations are behind in understanding the value of the position. Journalism is one area where Community Mangers will flourish. Looking forward to this panel and quesadillas at Rio Grande. Will Saul be demonstrating make-out techniques?
