Andre, you have no idea how much this session is needed. So many entrepreneurs so little experience directing people (myself included) +1 from me on this one mate.

Thanks Ryan! Best part is none of this stuff is hard to learn and it's easy to work into almost any environment - tech or non-tech.

As a developer with my fair share of previous horrible managers I can't even begin to tell you how much this panel is needed. Please save me from future bad managers!
YES! Totally agree w/ Ryan! And I also cannot think of a better person to present this topic than Andre!

It is true. Too many people get promoted who don't know what they are doing. They may be great do-ers but they suck as managers and make other people miserable. Great panel.

LOVE the description. Can't wait to find out how to de-douche my management style..once I develop one, of course.

Andre's one of the people who, by example, taught me how to manage - so he's eminently qualified to lead this panel. (And I should note that any subsequent failings of mine to manage properly are entirely my fault, not his heh)

This is a brilliant topic that EVERYONE can benefit from.

No better person to teach this topic than. Every manager can learn some de- douching... even the best of them. I'll be there for sure, frantically writing notes on your every word.

Right on! Andre's definitely a perfect guy to speak on this topic as he's got the non-douchy manager tactics figured out *way* better than most. I've worked under the whole gamut of douche bag to awesome managers and I hope a lot of people who are currently be suffering with a douchy boss will benefit from their manager attending this panel.

Love the top 10 idea and the topic is brilliant. Everyone knows what a bad manager looks like (and can sadly provide ample anecdotes about them!) but few have what it takes to dream up a good one. Can't wait!

great idea!!!!...we need to un-douch-ify the suits...even if they're designer.

You could do a panel on how to be a Damn Good Client as well :)
