Sounds like a great panel. It's a very difficult decision, not to mention scary! I did it in steps (first part-time, then quit), and that made the transition easier!
I'm sure many friends and family were wondering what the heck I was doing, but I'm now more successful than I ever was at my "day job", so there you go!
