The public property is not made of Raj Thackeray's father's money..It is a tax payer's hard earned money.Who gave him the permission to decide the eligibility criteria for a National level examination like the Railways. Tomorrow he may say only the "Marathi" students will study in IIT Mumbai. There are numerous "Marathi Manoos" employed in different parts of India and no one complains. It is every one's India. We don't need Raj Thackeray's permission to move around our won country. He forgets that if "Indians" pull out Maharashtra then "Mumbai" will die in its own sweet time.

Managing is an art in some way, thats for sure.

I work in a SAP based company, our team is distributed really all over the world...We just have common headquarter, common helpdesk system and common MS comunicator - and thats enough!

This seems very interesting. I hope to attend the next seminar but as I work as a wedding photographer I have a busy schedule ahead of me in 2010

Team working is the centre of any sucessful company.

I believe it is not easy to manage a virtual team having more than 500 bloggers. Only good and effective management techniques and great efforts can make it possible.
